Our next play reading will be for My Own Show by Lesley Bruce, this will take place on Friday 2nd March starting at 7.30pm. Four women one man needed. All New and existing members welcome.

A live theatre production is one of the most pleasurable and memorable experiences available, giving a sense of vibrancy and quality that you won't get from TV or the cinema. Here at the Royalty you can enjoy an evening of excellent live entertainment in a friendly, intimate atmosphere. In fact, it's more than just a show; it's a great night out.

We are delighted to have David Parfitt, award-winning film producer and current chairman of BAFTA, as our theatre patron.

Our theatre boasts comfortable seating as well as a fully stocked bar. For those not travelling by car we are situated close to the city centre and only a few minutes' walk from the University Metro Station.

Tickets for all shows are now on sale at the Tourist Information Centre, City Library and Arts Centre, Fawcett Street, Sunderland. 0191 553 2000 Eary booking for pantomime tickets is advised.
